Jiangsu Tianbao Radiator Usage Instructions
1. The radiator mounting plate thickness should not exceed 1.5mm.
2. Due to thermal expansion, the distance between radiators should be at least 3mm.
3. For high-power radiators (surface power density 36kW/m² or above), internal thermocouple temperature control must be used, and the surface temperature must not exceed the maximum allowable temperature.
4. Radiator thermocouple wire has positive and negative poles, with red marking the positive pole. Extension wire must be made of dedicated thermocouple wire. Ordinary copper or aluminum wire cannot be used as a substitute. 5. Using the radiator in the following environments may affect its service life: chemical contamination (chlorine, fluorine, caustic soda, hydrofluoric acid, nitrogen, peroxides), excessive mechanical stress or pressure, excessive temperature, or voltage (surge).
6. Edison thread radiators must be mounted on a ceramic or ceramic-lined metal base.
7. Quartz radiators are recommended to be mounted horizontally to ensure uniform heating and longevity.
8. In actual use, please observe relevant national safety regulations, such as IEC or EN Standard 60519-1, for safety regulations related to electric heating equipment.
