According to the use environment, it can form a area-type heating system or a linear radiation system to meet different heating requirements.
In the same heating system, the power lines of heaters are often fixed with ceramic terminals, and different heaters are connected in parallel by means of jumpers and conductive bars.
The temperature signal of the heater is transmitted to the temperature controller through the K-type thermocouple wire. The temperature controller compares the actual temperature value with the set temperature value, and uses one or more solid-state relays to switch the power supply of a single or group of TQS box quartz heaters (or voltage regulation control), thus realizing the temperature control of the heater.
This control method is a closed-loop control method with high control accuracy and can provide stable heating conditions for production. By using multiple temperature controllers or using PLC program control, corresponding temperature zones can be formed in the overall heating area. By adjusting the radiation power of different temperature zones, the radiation intensity of a specific area of the heating material can be controlled.
